LICENSE AGREEMENT

The Site Publisher is shareware program. You can evaluate unregistered 
version of this software for free during test period of 30 days. Following 
this test period, if you wish to continue to use Site Publisher, 
you should register.

1. DISTRIBUTION

Site Publisher is distributed "as is". No warranty of any kind is 
expressed or implied. You use at your own risk. The author will not be 
liable for data loss, damages, loss of profits or any other kind of 
loss while using or misusing this software.

This shareware software may be freely distributed, provided that: 

Such distribution includes only the original archive supplied by 
HELEXIS Software Development. You may not alter, delete or add any 
files in the distribution archive. 

The distribution does not include a registration key. In particular, 
you may not distribute a registered version of this software. 
No money is charged to the person receiving the software, beyond 
reasonable cost of packaging and other overhead. 

2. LICENSE

All copyrights to Site Publisher are exclusively owned by the author - 
Alexander Burlakov.

There are 3 basic types of licenses issued for Site Publisher, these are: 

- A Single Home computer (Personal) USAGE license. The user purchases 
ONE license to USE the Site Publisher on ONE computer at Home for personal 
non-commercial needs. 

- A Multiple Business USAGE license. The user purchases number (one or more)
of USAGE licenses for use, by the purchaser, the purchaser's employees or 
accredited agents, on the same number of computers for any legal purposes.
The number of licenses in network environment must not be less than the 
maximum possible amount of simultaneous users. 

- A Site (Corporate) USAGE license. The user purchases a single USAGE license,
authorizing the USE of Site Publisher, by the purchaser, the purchaser's
employees or accredited agents, on an unlimited number of computers,
regardless of location, but owned or under the control of the purchaser.

Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to use Site 
Publisher on as many computers as defined by the licensing terms above 
according to the number of licenses purchased, for any legal purpose, at
a time. The registered Site Publisher software may not be rented or leased, 
but may be permanently transferred, if the person receiving it agrees to 
terms of this license.

You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, 
decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the 
licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as 
provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result 
in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result 
in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

Helexis, Site Publisher names and any logo or graphics file that 
represents our software may not be used in any way to promote other 
products. All parts of this software and products are copyright 
protected. No program, code, part, image, video clip, audio sample,
text or computer generated sequence of images may be copied or used
in any way by the user except as intended within the bounds of the
single user program.

All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by 
Alexander Burlakov.

Installing and using Site Publisher signifies acceptance of these 
terms and conditions of the license.

If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove 
Site Publisher files from your storage devices and cease to use the 
product.
